Tribunal Sacks PDP's Mbah in Enugu, Orders repetition
The Enugu State Place of Assembly political decision appeal council has sacked Okey Mbah of the People groups Leftist alliance (PDP) in the state Place of Gathering.
The court on Friday, September 29, invalidated the appointment of Mbah, a part addressing the Nkanu East state supporters in the Place of Get together, The Country revealed.
As per the judgment on Friday, the cycle by which the Free Public Electing Commission (INEC) pronounced Mbah as the champ of the state body electorate political race was not in accordance with the arrangements of the Discretionary Demonstration 2022.
