Chelsea are fielding bids left, right and centre now with the final days counting down until their soft transfer deadline day of June 30. With the aim of selling as many players as possible before that date, they are close to completing eight sales before Mauricio Pochettino even officially starts work.

The newest attempts to sign their stars has come from Italy and Manchester with club captain Cesar Azpilicueta set to end his 11 year long spell at Stamford Bridge. Of all the players of interest of Inter this summer, the Spaniard was not an immediate first thought for many but he has agreed personal terms over a move.

That will leave the club short of leaders and another player to wear the armband in recent years has been Mason Mount. The two-time player of the season has had what is considered as a take it or leave it bid from Manchester United. Chelsea are now discussing the next move with his future almost certainly lying away from SW6.

Kai Havertz is also on the way out. He is set to have his medical ahead of joining Arsenal this summer over the weekend as the two players that combined to help Chelsea win the 2021 Champions League both set their stalls on new adventures.

Once these deals are through, though, expect a busy time for incomings at Chelsea as Nicolas Jackson and Moises Caicedo take priority for the coming months.

There's plenty going on and you don't want to miss a thing. Stay right where you are for the latest.

Jackson latest

Chelsea have reached a full agreement with Villareal to sign Nicolas Jackson, according to a new report. The 22-year-old Senegal international emerged as a shock target for the Blues last week and since then a deal to make him Mauricio Pochettino's third transfer since becoming Chelsea boss has advanced considerably.

Personal terms were agreed towards the early stages of negotiations and with a full agreement reached on a payment plan, a medical has been set. According to Relevo journalist Matteo Moretto, Jackson is already in London and will undergo test in the next few hours with the signing then likely to be announced in the following days...

Caicedo boost

Brighton appear to have found their replacement for Moises Caicedo as Chelsea step up their interest in the midfielder this summer.

After acting quickly to snap up Premier League veteran James Milner on a free transfer from Liverpool earlier this year, the Seagulls have also added even more European experience to their squad in the form of Borussia Dortmund's Mahmoud Dahoud. The Daily Mail write that Leeds star man, Tyler Adams, is now also being pursued as a cheap and experienced option in the middle of the park.

Adams was helpless with injury towards the end of the season as Leeds were relegated back to the Championship after three years in the top flight. Chelsea may well be hopeful that a deal can be pushed through here as it would almost certainly give them a huge boost towards the signing of Caicedo...

Azpilicueta exit

Club captain Cesar Azpilicueta is expected to leave Chelsea after over a decade with the Blues.

He has now agreed personal terms with Inter and is expected to have his contract cut short with a termination in order to make a switch to Italy as simple as possible.

Havertz medical

Arsenal are set to have Kai Havertz do his medical ahead of a move to north London over this weekend.

The 24-year-old has agreed personal terms with Mikel Arteta's side and a fee of around £62million will take him from Stamford Bridge this summer.

Mason Mount bid

Manchester United have made a third bid for Mason Mount.

After seeing their first two offers of around £50million rejected out of hand, their latest bid is now closer to Chelsea's valuation and is expected to be a make or break offer.

It is said the the Blues have rejected the offer and have instead countered with a valuation of around £65million.
